imho itâs just not worth the time and money. look up ânightshadeâ from 2022 i believe - it was popular with visual artists to poison their art. nightshade completely failed. people just wasted a lot of electricity. plus, even the best (googleâs current ai watermark called synthID) can be bypassed.
obviously do whatever you want though! i am curious about this subject nevertheless. even if i donât think itâs a viable long term solution, it might be fun to test resilience vs current ai music generators (both as reference audio and as LoRA training).

I don't see the point with doing this. When you watermark and add noise you are ruining the sound quality already. This would sound necessary for mainstream Pop music where they are dropping hit tracks and do not care about the sound.
