Bucharest Court has no jurisdiction over what UK authorities may or may not do.
Bucharest Court has granted on March 12, 2024, UK's request to extradite Tates to face 21 trafficking and ape charges in UK, but only after Tates' Romanian proceedings have been completed.
That ruling has no binding effect on anyone but Romanian authorities.
UK is free to ask cooperation of any nation to extradite Tates to the charges, which number already 59, and include also possession of child *orn.
