Why is it no one but us swedes who appreciate a nice besk? Or Malört....which is a word none but swedes can pronounce apparently. I don't know jeppson's malört, but here in sweden we have delicious besk that I love. One of the top three snaps I know. Possibly the best. Depends on how and when and with what, but besk is good. Really good. I hope you get to try some other possibly higher quality.

@danielholland2399Fernet is also quite popular in Czechia (we have such lovely nicknames for it such as "coffin varnish" or "Grim Reaper's kiss".
Some people it straight, but most often it's mixed with tonic (we call that "Bavarian cocktail") or Coke.
