I've had the privilege of working side by side with 3 brothers of mine: a Green Beret, a Ranger, and a PJ. Almost nobody knew they were what they were (are what they are), because they were all quiet and modest men that never brought it up in any conversations. Others might bring it up, and they may talk some about it then, but it was never something you were going to hear them ever bring up. All 3 of them are, however, without question absolutely lethal men when the situation deems them need to be.

Yea ill be honest Delta is the most elite unit there is and pulls from every branches Special operations not just army though it is primarily pulling from army. They just need a book deal and a movie done on them like seals

The Green Berets are a very good concept, very useful. Sometimes you just need a few guys to act as super helpers

You forgot Navy SWCCs.

So many US SpecOps types not mentioned here. Marines run Anglico, Force Recon, and scoutsnipers. Airforce has several units that run special planes, HRT, recon, etc. Navy still has pain old UDT frogmen who are not seals and specialist small boat teams for direct action. Then you have the NEST teams securing nukes and reactors. Then you have lots of different CIA teams that are really just military specialists that laterally transfer, sometimes not even leaving their old service but just doing little CIA jobs and then going back to their old military unit. There might be as many or more SpecOps types outside of US Special Operations Command than inside of that main Florida unit. What goes on at McDill is a combined unit easily fitted together for fast deployment, whereas the other units not mentioned in this vid exist for special jobs in special places or for use exclusively by the branch of the military they are in.

Just because Civil Affairs has a Green Platoon does not mean they are Special Operations. Lol.
And yes, I am aware they fall under USASOC. I also know PSYOP is the “dark side,” and Civil Affairs is the “light side” of influencing people. That does not matter. Their heads are already big enough, just tell them to take their ass back to Bank Hall. The DFAC there is better anyway.

You might add S.O.G. into this mix? I believe they are CIA and technically civilians (not military) and do not fall under Military law or rules of engagement. The CIA pulls specialists out of the military to join S.O.G. Everything S.O.G. does is 100% denied by the government and they never carry any flags, logos or US markings. If any of this is wrong, please explain.

Wrong about Delta Force it was formed by President Ford in 1976. You had to undergo a congressional hearing to become a member, you have to know the law, and you get the power of a federal judge. You investigate crimes against humanity and things like UFOs to see if someone is using psychological warfare on people to make them see things. I was in Delta Force, and I had to take steps to become an operator. We also look fook elected official that commit treason like Trump.
