Dont know if they patched it, but if you buy resources at 15k tag, then dont stay in loby more than 9 minutes (10 actualy) your production can be going while your stock goes down and when you go empty, let the delivery happens and you will get full resource stock. also thinks ignus weaponized version is half price too.
