I could watch Carlos’ down the line missiles over and over again.

Despite going 3-19 on break points, Carlos still dominated the match. He made a mess of what should have been an easy 1st set and probably should have won 2 and 2 but got really tight on set points.

The Monte Carlo club and participants are getting an Alcaraz treat this year.

It really should have been 6-3 6-4. Credit to Fokina for hanging in there but converting only 3 out of 19 BP chances is just asking for trouble.

All three players who Carlos met here were inferior to him (and so will be the guy in the final) but it was they who lost, not Carlos who beat them. Unlike Sinner who progressed immensely, Carlos did not make any progress since 2022, especially as far as his mental strength. On the contrary. I hope that he will beat Musetti, although you can never be sure of anything.

Hard to see ADF battling himself before his rival, he has the style to complicate carlos. I sincerely dont't see Musetti going all the way to win specially if he throws the first set.

God is Alcaraz so uneven and inconsistent! up 5-3 and can’t hold…so many titles he should of won but mentally breaks down!

I love seeing the great sportsmanship of Carlos and Alejandro! When you think about it, they are mentally playing against themselves and if they get mad, they will always blame it on themselves or their racquet, not their opponent!

Carlos did not play well and the B/P issue is still there. A win tomorrow will help his confidence but the level isn't great right now

most comments seems that they did not watch the match ... it was really average performance from both, so many errors and low first serve percentages from both.

Those two have a long history of playing each other. Mutual respect, so good to see. I remember watching a video of a them playing as juniors, ferocious match.
