Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.

Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

Monday- Grilled Chicken (no recipe, fill pita with desired toppings. Chicken marinated with Avocado Oil and Kinders Blackened Seasoning) Pita Sandwiches, Fries, Watermelon, Dill Pasta Salad
Tuesday- Momofuku Noodles (affiliate link: https://go.shopmy.us/p-66442155) with fresh toppings of choice (grilled chicken, sliced carrots, cucumber, jalapenos, crushed nuts, .... anything!)
I’m a big fan of potato salad too. I’ve doctored up many but never made my own. About to try for the first time tomorrow. If it goes well I’ll make it again for the 4th. 🥘💙

Thursday- Butter Chicken Leftovers (or dumplings, I am winging it, using this as slight inspo)
I used to work at a grocery store and they would just throw out those recycled bags with the trash
Friday- out of town
Saturday- out of town

@CaliforniaDreamingGalDid you try to get the blind boxes? What a joke. I got there right at 12 noon...did the quizes they had, verified I was a human...then it went to "you are in line for check out" and wait time would be 30 minutea to check out. Well...when 30 minutes was up I got a message that all the boxes were sold out. What BS. That message about being in line to check out was totally misleading

Last week I got skin on, bone in chicken breasts for 50% off and thought about you looking for the deals Jackie! I also bought the Limoncello water and LOVE it!

@monamawyer8628Hi, you could make tandoori inspired chicken on the grill instead of butter chicken. The girls could Bombay potatoes which are spicy potatoes and so good and yummy. They could use canned potatoes too. Semolina makes great roast potatoes too.

@KimberlyCrilleyI love Aldi but won't ever buy their produce again as l bought strawberries, blueberries and cucumbers and they all went bad the next day. My Aldi is not a good one .
