By the way, what's your favorite seat on the airplane? For instance, if I fly Southwest and can choose my seat, I always aim for the emergency exit row seats. They have so much more legroom. Also, there's one seat on each side of the aisle that has no seat in front of it, to make room in case people had to use the emergency exit. If you get that seat, you can recline your chair and stretch your legs out fully. Totally awesome. Okay, I'm curious to hear your seat favorites for long flights.

I wonder, like some other people have mentioned, put in the seat belt clicks signs on as an indicator for a break? something to remind us to take a break especially when we're in the zone and I assume most of us forget to stretch/eat as a means for a short break from studying/doing assignments.

I want to tell you guys a story that goes with this video. A few years ago my current partner and I started dating. One time we lied down for a nap and he asked to put some sound on. We never napped before with sound on and there had only been a handful of times we had slept in the same bed. Well, I turn this sound on. He is like "omg, I can't believe you turned this exact one on! It is the same sound I ripped off YT and put on my babies mp3 sound machine! They have listned to it for 8 years!" At that point I had not met his daughters or even knew about their special sound machine! I had the biggest smile after that. That moment felt magical for me somehow.

Guess what? I live with them now! Tonight we tucked everyone in with this same sound on their mp3s playing and I just put it on for us to sleep to.

I tell you all this in hopes that you might find a little magic in your life too.
