03:19 - Learning about Epsom racecourse
I look for losers instead of winners

Peter, have you ever done a video on what data you collect?
07:15 - Revealed - The full list of each Derby runner and its chances

at 2.18 it says lambourn is trained by john and thady gosden and ridden by frankie dettori !!!! professional trader peter should have seen that
08:39 - Turning the data into a tipster-style format
09:40 - Summary
Great video and lots to learn from thank you, it's not and never will be 100% accurate but gives some key pointers for those who choose to look for them. Please keep videos on this topic coming.

I don’t know maybe I’m doing something wrong
When I ask chat got for predictions it just pulls up a load of random tips from websites
More User Perspectives
Great idea Peter, helped confirm my Pace & Race predictions.
@chrisward827Don’t think we have anything to worry about yet it didn’t even mention the winner…
@ChillLee24Heaps of aftertiming, but you don't need to ask AI about the Derby. Just back O'Brien. ITV tell you how many times he's won it ... after the race. But as the Derby is only once a year, what do you do for the rest of the time? And the answer is use whatever you can to find an edge and if that ends up being AI, then so be it. But if successful, the widespread future impact looks decidedly negative for racing at least. Worthwhile video thanks.
@ianmarsden8568It had Lambourn on 5 out of 10. What a load of crap.
@mitch4943its useless..gave the first two favs and they both got licked..thats bad tioping
@michaelthompson3403gobshite
@greg-v1g6yIt did a good job? Check the results it failed badly.
@IrfanAli-qp1gmlambourn drawn 10 won the chester vase . the stayers was an interesting category eh lol 1st 3 home .
@garymckeon5410stick to what you know 😀
@kjoemack7013Winner came from hot box on stall 10 but only scored 5/10 chance even though 11 winners since late 60s
@JasonWilde-d6pAI VOICE OVER HAHA
@AndrewRedshawI have found AI tips thus far have been really crap when I have been messing about with it. Still lots of variables it can't control.
@professionalgambler74I think you're wrong, horse racing is a very tangible sport with lots of minor variations that aren't easily expressed in words or data. There is a messiness and unpredictability that draws people to the sport. This will prevent analysis from being more accurate than the market, and the market is still flawed.
@Elliot-TStall 10 hot 😅winning the same race as shergar before winning the derby😅aiden O'brien 10 winners only 3 of them fav😅 what else did it want
@createbelief8678said the winner was a 25/1 outsider lol
dream on anyone thinking you can just ask chat gpt
The game changer for AI modelling is asking it to simulate the running of the race 100 times…. For all weather it’s scarily accurate
@jonrichardson71Whenever there is big money about, follow Aidan O'Brien.
@westerner1980Hasn't it occurred to you that maybe some of the tipsters are doing exactly the same already, because it had to me, months ago? And for all the "innovation" it just came to the same conclusions anyway; why? because it considered the exact same data that the humans did! Sorry but I've actually lost a lot of respect for you after that video, maybe you'd be better off sticking to trading. Do you honestly think you'd thought of something new? grrr
@peteredmondson5459Terrible tips I lost £200 following this plan thanks Peter. You made £200 on this video, I lost £200.
@RT-zk7yrThe future of Ai in tipping? garbage bin
@davideaston1139Well it didn't do a good job.
@davidmussell6499That was crazy, it tipped the first and sevond favs which both finished down the field. The problem with AI is it doesn't know what it doesn't know. In this sense, it's basically just sorting through information that is available to it and everybody else.
@micp327I think Kevin Blake has also used AI for his selections today. His tricast cost the bookies a cool £1million!.
@grahambeyer6254the funny thing is peter the ai proved just as poor as the regular tipsters!
@bogwoodmoonrocks9709Stick with stall 10!
@drawman4892Well that went well 😂, It tipped the fav (which finished 9th) and 2nd favourite (which finished 17th), and the one it suggested as e/w value finnished 12th.
@richardc316AI will put all human tipsters out of business, it can process millions pieces of data, it can study past results and so on. Its not a case of if, but when.
@glennmiddleton3324If AI is ever able to reliably predict sporting results it will be the end of betting markets.
@twoshedsjackson6478Decent vid. We've been using Gemini over the past few months to create profiling documents and infographics and creating trading apps such as mini simulators. We find it much more detailed than ChatGPT. Videos of this are on our channel
@LessonsInLogicUKseems a new tool is coming
@SPINK-HR-TRADINGJust ask Alexa.
@Marraboy66So after all that it comes up with the favourite and second favourite
@markthomas2577Great video Peter, thanks for posting. Plenty of food for thought. Being a lazy sod I just go for the O'Brian / Moore horse in the classics.
@davidweston2886Did you experiment with any other AI models out there? Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.?
@BrianAbbottGeordieThe ai voice talks more sense then Peter.
@xfoxukDid you use AI to Narrate the video as you sounded very robotic at points.
@davidrobinson1872I just asked ChatGPT 3: "Who will win womens Rollands Garros?" CharGPT 3:"As of June 7, 2025, the Roland-Garros (French Open) women's final is set between:
Iga Świątek (world no. 1 and defending champion)
Mirra Andreeva (rising teenage star from Russia)"
Im afraid I will lose this bet.
Im not a bot but my own non AI brain thinks Pride of Arras wins this years Derby £100 @ 9/2...err last
@andymason5715Don't tell everyone Pete!
@HippetyRicketySad day when you have to rely on AI to find a winner. What happened to using your own mind and study of form. You'll be asking it to write your bets out next.
@antypost4225Great Video Peter - Will you be incorporating AI into Bet Angel?
@HippetyRicketyWould you Dutch the top 3?
