Extremely good for me: it has enough variation to keep me focused without wandering too much. Similar or even more effective for me than brown noise.

ADHD combined type here. This is my go to track when i need to lock in at work. Something about it gives a feeling urgency but not panic. Very helpful lol

its giving @ShilohAndBros😅(shiloh solving a mystery/ when she stole the artifacts) and its also giving video game ost, but its also helpful for my focus!(as someone with adhd and autism)

I don't have ADHD, but I'm quite addicted to social media. I keep scrolling instead of working or learning. This soundtrack allows me to not tear myself away from work in search of some kind of distraction for my brain.

@rogeliosanchez7914AuDHD w ptsd - this is very soothing for a meditation. It's not for hours of super-brainy-work but more a gentle invitation to pause for a while, and move on w focus.

@AbdouDjeddisThis reminds me of the mantis combat theme from FTL

@itsmikepetroI rarely comment on videos but I felt like I want to. I don't if I have ADHD or not but I was struggling to focus lately. This music really, really helps me to focus and get things done. I appreciate

@sebastianruizrivera6896I must have some severe ADHD. This doesn’t help me focus on the book I’m trying to read. It takes my mind from the book to a whole train of thoughts. 😔

@carogarcia7670Diagnosed at 25. Displayed heavy ADHD symptoms since 8 years 37 years old now. I failed college and can't go back. Exceeded all my units limit, past probabtion and termination. If I had this, maybe it would've helped me get pass Algebra 1 and Intermediate english research papers. For me, this helps to control the anger outbursts. Helps me to focus
Also, reminds me of a song to the soundtrack of some mystery-thriller movie or investgative movie theme. Michael Clayton, the International, etc
this tickles my brain
@KNT494I love this one so much!
@fluestergefuehleHi @GreenredProductions can I buy this track?
@tekmentorI used this to study for the CPA exams, it just works
@OperationtheHustleAs someone who is AuADHD - this helps. It's repetitive enough to not be distracting, but different enough to keep your thoughts from wandering. I like to utilize these for my studies, and especially since I'm in grad school right now, it's incredibly important.
Thank you so much!
