✅ Facilitate deep focus, concentration, and sustained attention
ok soem tips for the ADD ADHD crowd here what worked for me
-this kind of music
-Omega3 (vegan)
-Vitamin D3 (seems that bad sleep + lots of screentime + not beeing in the sun creates a a lack of D3 which is very important to NOT feel depressed)
-Creatin monohydrate
with that you have more control try it
✅ Provide an auditory anchor to minimise cognitive friction
✅ Support a calm, settled mental state for high-level productivity
Here in 2026. Really helpful music.

magic! I've had such a bad day today, not able to focus, to the point where my brain physically hurts and this just put everything there in the right order. I've accomplished lots of things and I already thought the day was lost. Thank you!

I dont get it why does music helpp for real??
Who is it for?
● Students with ADHD requiring focus music for studying
This genuinely helped me work, thank you!
● Professionals seeking left-brain stimulation for organised thinking and productivity
● Anyone wanting to utilise brainwave entrainment to support a "locked-in" flow state
im sorry but this didnt do shi...
How this session works:
This track uses a split-hemisphere protocol to encourage higher cognitive arousal in the left brain, which is primarily responsible for logic and linear tasks.
I very rarely if ever, leave a comment. I enjoy reading other’s posts and comments.
I am currently going through a difficult stage in my marriage. I am approaching a threshold that feels inevitable.
I am grateful for this track that is giving my mind and soul a respite from my thoughts and feelings.
-Thank you!
● The Ramp-Up: Both ears start at 10Hz, gradually increasing over 15 minutes.
● The High-Beta Peak: At 15 minutes, the Right ear (Left brain) transitions to 40Hz, while the Left ear (Right brain) holds at 14Hz.
this has helped me finish my thesis draft and final thesis 4 years ago and i come back here whenever i need that focus boost <3
● The Cycle: This entrainment pattern repeats 9 times across the 3-hour track to sustain focus without "brain fatigue".
👉 To stimulate the left brain, frequencies are played in the right ear (and vice versa).
Thank you for this, i recently found out i have adhd because in my upbringing there was no time for diagnoses, and i was a whiny kid/young adult. Now i finally get to work on myself.
Headphones Required 🎧
Because this session delivers independent frequencies to each ear, headphones are essential for the split-hemisphere effect to function. For a deeper look at the tech, see: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/#splithemispherestimulation.
Bro - I tried to go buy this track from your website from the link you gave. The link takes you to a website with ten million customisable options for the soundtrack. Very bad idea for people with serious ADHD who are under stressful situations. You won't make any sales like that. Just wanted to buy this one particular track for 3 hours. I got stuck on testing all the options and just gave up.
Volume 🔊
Set the volume at a comfortable level that's clear enough to hear the isochronic tones, but never uncomfortably loud.
Had to read the comments to see how many people who obviously don't have real ADHD say that it has fixed them instantly and helped them work uninterrupted. When of course I am late on a work deadline and should be doing the work, but I am here commenting instead. So. Yeah.

@lionspride8012Hello. I am a huge fan of your music and I listen to your work all the time. Thank you so much for creating such amazing music.
I’m writing because I’ve been trying to listen to this track on YouTube Music, but it seems to be unavailable this year, although I could access it there last year.
As I have ADHD, I try to use YouTube Music to stay focused on the music without getting distracted by the visual content on the main YouTube app. Is there any way this track could be made available on YouTube Music again? I would truly appreciate it." ❤😊

@Jibala-awtadaIs there a special track for tackling chores from this channel? I am badly in need of it y'all.
I thrive in a clean and organized environment. But it has been such a nightmare to do chores for the past decade. Everything that is surrounding me is taxing emotionally that is leading me to procrastinate, can't finish what I started and ended up ignoring everything.
RESCUE ME!!!
ANY TIP FROM KINDNESS IS WELCOME ❤❤❤

@BrodieNeroPersonally, I wish that the left to right panning was a tad more extreme (just for my one brain), but this is wonderful!
@josephroblesjr.8944Bro this makes me sad more then focused. I feel like I'm a warrior in battle, and I just witnessed my long time friend get impaled in front of me.
