Mussels are great but nothing beats escargots pairing with glass of Sancerre…

— @epicroadtripwithpiotrgorski

03:31 Vaisseau

07:35 RORI

A pretentious arrogant dude who never managed to have more than a pathetic 1 Michelin stars with the help of a crook book house.he is just sucked

ABOUT CONDE NAST TRAVELER

Did he lick his knife? 😬😒😑

— @janeflannery8757

What's the point of his tattoos on his arms? Also, he needs to be careful eating with a fork, he nearly stabs himself in the mouth, it's that quick.

I was surprised the chef liked Hawaiian - it was invented in Ontario, Canada. However here in Canada Hawaiian is made with ham and there are no peppers - it is just sweet and savoury.

I went there in 2024. I liked the atmosphere a lot, but it was extremely busy, extremely dirty (hygiene was terrible!! Never seen anything like it!!), extremely expensive and most of the waiters etc didnt speak english. We stayed, as they were already closing soon, for a glas of wine and some sort of snacks, it was (again) expensive for cheap wine and no taste. Was really disappointed unfortunately :/

Both belong to the brilliants team of Top Chef France. Guillaume Sanchez, as a pastry chef, surprised everybody with is instinctive cooking way, and Adrien Cachot was the favourite chef of the Top Chef french edition during tghe confinement in 2020. He was pretty crazy with all kinds off ABATS, OFFALS, and both have won at least one Michelin star. It is so funny to sea Guillaume Sanchez looking at Adrien Cachot when he understand how the guy is crazy and know how to surprise.

Great, minus the Foie Gras that needs a living gentle duck to be stuffed with a tube and force fed so you can eat this. In 2025 (6) this is not acceptable.

"France doesn't the best food in the world"
Commentaire typique de collabo qui veut se faire bien voir de tous ceux qui jalousent la France en la dénigrant. Et bien évidemment, comme tous les gogoles il va promouvoir la pizza.

Thank you, Chef Sanchez. I'm adding all of them to my list! ❤

''France does not have the best food in the world.." but they really do have very fresh products!

We do have cacio y pepe pizza in NYC, at Mama's Too in the West Village. Although the version here is thicker, on a square slice. I've also had potato on pizza before too, at Willington Pizza House in Connecticut. There they serve a national award winning pizza with sliced red potatoes, sour cream, cheddar, chives, and bacon or broccoli.

"Paris, je t'aime, m***e," because of its chief cooks like Chef Guillaume Sanchez here, and tons of introductory dishes like these. Ça c'est formidable. Époustouflant! Thank you, Condé Nast Traveler.

Sanchez might be a great (and quite arrogant) chef, but he certainly has no table manners. If any "normal" person would eat like that in a Parisian Michelin-star restaurant, I am sure that you could get quite a stare...for example, after licking your knife...
