look at how congested the streets are because of all the parked cars, why not park all the cars in centralized depots designated for the purpose of accommodating everyone who needs to own a car despite living in NewYork City

Use to live at 3840 Grand Street and Broadway in a walk up building in a studio apt a block before Canal Street...My old stomping grounds...fond memories in my teenage years...Noice one mate...Cheers!
