@NicholasSugiyonoGood advice but I do recommend having low prices just to undercut the next guy so you can get the work it messes up the market. Most your customers will leave and look for someone cheaper the moment you decide to raise your prices so just start off at a decent rate.

Create well laid out systems that can be tested for sustainable success, then grow multiple divisions, and teach each team to operate with the same proven system and watch your business grow on a measurable scale.
