If they would have waited a few more minutes they would have come to the same outcome without damaging bystander property.
Why do you still show the arrest at the beginning of every video? It would be nicer to watch if you didn't show how the chase ends...

Also, Arkansas State Police policy must be "pit first, ask questions later." Because in every ASP clip I've seen, they do not care if you are going 40 or 100, they are pitting you.
In Islamic countries, Law Enforcement would end these, by firing RPG's at them, then later, Sharia Judges & Prosecutors would locate next-of-kin, and they'd all be machine-gunned to death.
