chopping is my favorite part of being in the kitchen! Really enjoy the thrill of cutting everything in such a fast rapid pace and the more you practice it, you will eventually be able to do this blindfolded!

Chef tells new cooks to cut at a 90 degree angle, but then he spends the rest of the video correctly cutting at a 45 or so degree angle. :rollseyes: No kids, don't throw out your body cutting at a 90 degree angle, cut at a comfortable angle.
