I've struggled with a lot of guilt, shame, and self unforgiveness in my life. A lot of it is because of my addiction problem. It affected my self-esteem, and I used to do a lot of things that were self-destructive and caused problems. I talked to a therapist who told me that you can't beat yourself up for your behaviors because you did what you thought was right in the moment, but don't justify or condone it. Instead what you do is make amends, change your behaviors, and change your character if need be, and it'll help to get rid of that guilt and shame resentments towards yourself. It is also good to help others. I like to help others, and that makes me feel good about myself. It makes me feel like I have self-worth, self-respect, and good self-esteem. I treat myself good, I love myself and I take care of myself. I do things that I need to do for my personal development and make right the things I do wrong. We are all valuable people because we all have good qualities.

What surprised me was how effective the basics still are — once I stopped chasing complicated systems and focused on a few simple principles, progress became a lot more sustainable.

Watched this after a rough Monday — a few of these tips actually hit home for me, especially the gratitude and reading more instead of scrolling. Been trying to drink more water and think it’s made a small but real difference in my energy lately.

Nothing fancy here, but that’s what makes it real — once I focused on a few simple principles and stayed consistent, my progress felt more sustainable instead of exhausting.

Honestly, I really connected with this — I’ve tried to keep things simple and found even something as basic as better sleep and consistent habits can improve how you feel every day. I’d say this video nails it: self-improvement doesn’t need to be complicated — little steps matter

Hello sir I am Aryan and I am an over artist I will dub your youtube videos in hindi and instagram reels and in return you give me some money

Water advice: get a 24 oz water sipper (I like Nalgene's On-the-Fly bottles, which have wide drinking spouts and seal securely and easily); according to Mayo Clinic, women should try to drink 3 of these daily and men, 4—but work up to it *gradually*. Your kidneys take a while to "get the memo" of your new water consumption levels, and for a few days it'll seem like you're peeing every 10 minutes because the kidneys are still producing urine at their previous levels of concentration...but in 3-7 days they'll finally figure out that they don't have to produce that much urine and things will settle down. Also, try to complete your main water consumption by 6 PM to avoid having to get out of bed multiple times to pee, and drink one of those 24 ouncers first thing in the morning. Two ways to confirm you're drinking enough water: pee in the toilet should be a light straw color, and your lips won't chap. Signed, your friendly pharmacist :-)
