@uhavemoofaceone more great advice that work for me. When i was young i was so much curious about so many things, i learn the basics of 6 languages, i learn breakdance i learn beatbox, i was curious about truth, knowledge, answers at my question. But i was surrounding of people that are my opposite, not curious at all of learn something new, i was che kid that speak so much of his new interest but when i see people around me not reply at my question it feels like your fire slowly decreased. I’m 19 now and i have no interest of doing stuff, i’m unhappy about my status, not other fault, i would say both, so most important thing sorround yourself by good people, people that make you happy when you speak, people who can you talk to everything with no shame, people who don’t make laugh about you next difficult goal, that’s the most important thing for me.

How about thinking about it in terms of who you want to help - there’s some individual of some animal type going through a hard time - which pulls on your heart strings - they are being hurt because they are being used as a solution to solve a problem or a knock effect of such is impacting them in a negative enough way to yank on your heart string - what you do would be creating or bringing focus to a new way to solve the problem - your interest is insane because you want who it is to no be hurting

I understand not actively being on your phone for hours but what’s your take on just using it to respond to people reaching out to you or needing to check emails and work schedules and such?

maybe it depends on what we are doing.
english is not first language. when i am learning english, output is important for me.
like practicing writing, and speaking are the output that i cannot ignore. practice is output.
