It good becase i was still young not fat. I was traning becase some how my body is hurt and pain😢.not jung food or bad food. Eat good food ,fruit and vegetable😅😅😮.

@ShingirayiBandaI’ve started doing this workout and it’s been 3 days so far,I’m seeing results FAST along with doing jump jacks every so often and crunches and such while drinking tons of chia seed water along with fiber packed fruits and this workout along with the thigh workouts are going GREAT!!!!! Ili update about my stomach on July 10th or if I see results faster because I’m doing this workout in the morning when I wake up before I eat or brush my teeth so I do it on an empty stomach,then at 11 at noon and then I do it again at 5 AM and THEN before I take a shower I do this workout at 7-6 because I get in the shower around 8-9!
