Woke up way too early - 5:30 and not wanting to wake up the household, listened to this with ear phones at the kitchen table in the dark and decided to walk down to the bakery through the fields to buy croissants and baguettes for hot coffee and orange juice upon return. RHYTHM 2025, Day 15. This was such a gorgeous, and gentle little practice. I really needed something just like this today. I've been rather unwell since Wednesday, but the last two days I've been vomiting too. 🤢 I've felt pretty awful all day, and not long before stepping on my mat, thrown up again. But I thought to myself, " No, come on you've done daily yoga for three years two days, through a lot worse than this."
So I got on my mat, started breathing deeply as gently as I could, and the rest is history. I love this breath practice, thank you so much Adriene. 💗 You've made me feel just a little bit more human now. 😊 Though I did laugh a little inside, when you said just be with what ever came up. It made me think of before the practice, lol. 😆 Sorry if that's a bit TMI, but that's where my brain went. 😅
Anyway, on to practice no.2 of the yoga calendar. See you there! Namaste. 🙏🧡
