After detaining them, you keep ALL of them together? Doesn't procedure require that you detain the driver, place him in the back seat. Then detain the front seat passenger, place her in the back seat of a different police car, over to the back seat passenger, etc? What is going on here? This is a vey casual, friendly arrest. It must be a Southern thing.

These chases are taking entirely too long. You could have edited the lengths to be a bit shorter with a note up front saying how long they were already into the chase.

Here in Canads any Emergency lights and sirens all traffic pulls off to the right in both directions and stops no ifs and her butts your license plate is recorded digitally and you are sent fines in the mail if you fail to do so this clears the roadway for emergency stock to take care of business and get to life-threatening people with medical problems or to capture criminals in pursuit

How about using drones instead of cop cars in high-speed chases, once the car is ID'd and called in? Then the drone takes over and the crook thinks the chase has ended but he's still being followed. From above.
