you need to get your facts right .. the civil war did not start over slavery.. it started over states rights.... i love history but study the books not Wikipedia
again i am not for slavery i am against slavery human trafficking's ect

@mattolivier1835Well, it wasn't only about slavery. I know that you got your education from government schools so I'm not surprised that you're mistaken. The North was NOT fighting to end slavery! Wake up fool! Some of the South was fighting to preserve their right to slavery, however.

@Whammo77The war of northern aggression wasn't about slavery. It wasn't even a proper civil war, as a civil war is fighting for control of one government. What the victors renamed the civil war was more accurately a succession movement that was violently opposed. History is written by the victors.
