Duration: 7 minutes

I’m 61 and some 16 years post menopause; over this time, slowly put on fat around my stomach area which I never had as a younger person. I’m just completing week5 of doing this workout, alongside my 4 x strength workouts per week. This is such a good addition to my workouts and at last I’m really starting to lose my belly fat now both feeling and noticing the difference around my mid area. Really simple when you're only doing one a day. πŸ˜‚ Two or three and you're going, "She's insane, and I'm in pain." I did have to take a rest day because I have fibromyalgia and other autoimmune issues with severe pain. Seriously though, I've had amazing results in just 3 days of doing 2 to 3 of the 7 minute work outs. I'm trying to get those last stubborn 15lbs off and I'm down 6 already, I was in a rut and worried! Not now! β€πŸŽ‰πŸ‘°πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€

I’m 67, overweight, and have arthritis pretty much everywhere, and was able to get through these short sessions. Hey I just wanted to say thank you so much!! I have been doing this for about a month now, Drs told me I had fatty liver and needed to work on clean eating and exercise, hopefully it can be reversed. I tried this workout and a couple weeks later was told I'm all clear!! I've done this every day even on my rest days too and there is such a huge difference to how i look and feel. i absolutely love it!!

My son gets married next month and my slimming world group set us a challenge to follow you. I am going to send your details to the bride squad group to give them a challenge up to wedding. It’s 33 days to wedding so will do 7 day challenge until 28 days to wedding then am going to do 28 day challenge. Thanks for helping us women who suffer will belly fat even though I am reasonably fit. ❀
