Yoo what’s up my friend whoever is reading this! 👋😄Aint trying to bother you with this long text, but I got an important message to share witchu! It’s the most important message you can ever hear on this earth! You are so precious and must hear this message! I know it looks a bit long, but it's truly worth reading! Let me share a bad news and a good news. But after you hear the good news, the bad news won't matter.
First, this is the bad news: We are all sinners and after we die, we must face the punishment for all of our sins by spending eternity in hell which is terrifying and horrible.
BUT here's the good news: God still loves us soo much unconditionally and does not want us to go to hell, that he sent Jesus Christ, his only Son, to take the punishment for all of our sins instead of us on our behalf, by dying on the cross. Even though we deserve to go to hell, Jesus shed his blood, dying an excruciating death on the cross, to save us from going to hell and so that we can rather have eternal life with him in his beautiful kingdom that's full of overflowing happiness :) On the 3rd day after Jesus died, he rose back from the dead, proving and declaring that the debt for all of our sins has been paid :) Jesus has saved us from going to hell. We no longer have a price to pay. We don't have to go to hell, but now we can go to heaven because he paid the price for all of our sins on our behalf. This is why our Lord Jesus Christ is our Savior!
HOWEVER, there is a simple thing that God requires us to do before he lets us into heaven, which many people sadly miss on doing. That is to simply accept and believe in our hearts that Christ is our Savior :) It's so simple all we have to do to go to heaven is just believe!! So although Jesus died for everyone, only those who truly believe in him go to heaven. Many people sadly miss on it. Either they have never heard of Jesus, or they deny Jesus, refusing to believe in him. Please accept and believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior!
Also, another thing that God wants is that he wants us to repent: to change our bad, sinful minds and get out of our sinful lifestyle. If we say with our mouths that Jesus is our Savior but don’t turn away from our sins that’s not true genuine faith and not taking Jesus seriously. If we would believe in Jesus as our Savior, we would also believe in him as our Lord. To make him our Lord means to simply love him back, have a relationship with him, acknowledge him in every aspect, situation, and ways which therefore should cause us to repent. Jesus loves us so much and he wants us to be holy like him. He wants us to love him back who laid down his life for us and get out of our sinful lifestyle. He does not like sin. Jesus is holy and righteous. He cannot tolerate a careless, sinful lifestyle. Please turn from your sins to God and believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior! ❤
God really loves you so much far more than you can ever imagine! You are so very precious to him! He wants an intimate relationship with you. He wants to be your best friend. God wants to be with you always! God wants to give you overflowing happiness and peace that this world cannot offer! Relationship with God is better than anything else! Personally knowing and having a relationship with God will bring true joy and peace and hope always even in hardship because you know that you are loved by God and that he is with you everywhere you go and that one day you will be so full of joy in his kingdom with him forever! God is so good and loving and he wants to give you the best things! I want to tell you that whatever problems you have, bring them all to God! Call out to him! He hears you! He knows all about what you do and your thoughts. He understands your struggles. In times when you shed tears, God sees your sorrowful tears and he hears you cry. If you call out to him, he will certainly answer and give you help my dear friend! He loves you very much! Remember he is the creator of the universe and everything in it including us humans! God is the Most High! There is NOTHING that is not in God’s hands and there is NOTHING impossible for God to do! Everything is possible with God! Sir, I am Shawn Cicil, Age 24, I will be an Future Gold medalist in Olympics. Currently my speed is 14 seconds. When I was 13 years old I have done under 12 seconds for 100m sprinting. I trained alone and now it's converted to slow twich muscles, now I have 3 world records in 3700 kms cycling in 19 days , fastest cycling of 700 kms in 29 hours of cycling and I walked 113 kms in 18 hours in a day. Now I want to come back to sprinting and I want to get proper training, How to join your camp? Here I don't have proper facilities.Please help me to achieve my dream. Love from India ❤❤.

@CamVByt40 year old soccer player who is still considered fast by usual people I play against and with I can tell from over 20
years experience I’ve done all the different trainings I never knew this till later but I always had well developed glutes and hip flexors as I grew up wanting to be Bruce Lee so I did martial arts and a lot of acrobatic things like gymnastics and martial arts kicks even break dancing. But was always playing some sort of social team sport through college. I was always naturally fast and in hindsight I attribute it to having well developed hip flexors and glutes because essentially the faster you elevate your knee up and down comes from the ground with your butt and hammies hip flexors so developing quick twitch activation in those key areas will help immensely. And all that sprinting kicking flipping rolling around I did wanting to be a martial artist helped me in that aspect.
