I m on day 1. For a month. I will do as much walking as i can as many times. Target 15-20k steps a day for a month. I m currently 56-57kg. I target 53-54kg by end of month. Hopefully.

Saturday May 23, 2026 and here I am. I did this video after breakfast and then her two miles after dinner. I do at least one Leslie video everyday sometimes I do two. I also walk with a neighbor for 30 minutes twice a day. I am 69 and I keep moving. If I motivate or inspire anyone then this is worth writing. Let’s stay active for our life. Happy Memorial Day to all.
