Do we really believe the government shut it down to everyone that wasnt american?? 😂 Over fear of terrorism or hackers? America has more americans these days that are terrorists against our own country, if they were worried about hackers or terrorists, theyre not waiting 3 days and sending a letter, theyre at your door that day and everyone including that company will never see it again. This is marketing 101, they arw gonna charge a premium, they need to build up hype, so they stage a govt shutdown for a couple weeks and when it releases again, its price will be $500 or more a month and everyone will subscribe because they think theyll have the scariest AI out there, honestly, best marketing ever. And brother, lower your prompter, you look like you got a bird flying around your office the whole time youre reading. 😅

To say that timing could not be worse for the government to ban the Anthropic product is probably the most wrong thing on here. There couldn't be better publicity for any AI and anthropic than a government ban due to how powerful it is.

@BeccaNiederkrom1Anthropic told them to fear it prior to releasing it a while ago. Fable with the guard rails had issues that Amazon caught. So the government did the right thing til Anthropic gets it figured out. They will.

@LisaJackson-f7fFirst and foremost AI companies are grossly over valued . Also AI has limited use case, makes mistakes, does not do code without error, needs alot of supervision and direction , takes alot of input ...the reality is far from the hype

@DebiQ1830Great video! I said this a long time ago with AI it has to be regulated for security issues. If you let it go wild it becomes a humanitarian problem for everyone. The Gov should create a new branch called the department of AI or Technology and keep the egg heads at silicon valley in check so they don't get out of pocket where it affect all of us. I'm for small gov but common sense has to come to play at some point to protect us. This what happens when they let folks at silicon valley go wild with no guard rails. I'm shocked someone with a brain in gov told them to pull the plug. Another issue with AI IMO is people who losing their jobs to AI. That's going to be a huge problem for the everyone and the gov because they will have no tax revenue coming to in unless they charge companies taxes for the use of AI agents so they can get some money coming in.

@mrarfarfWill the government is also trying to shut down Iran's nuclear program when they never had one and I ran said that they don't believe in using nuclear weapons because it's against their religion. So I don't care what the government says if they're trying to shut something down it's probably because they were going to do something good and the government wants to do evil.

I don't like Claude because it told me that it would not help me do anything about government corruption I was talking about overcoming government corruption of course legally and it said that it doesn't think that's a good use of either of our time. @DRacer90Love the pod, Chris! A little context: A month ago Anthropic disallowed the government from using Claude for autonomous missile launching and mass surveilance. Not a rumor -- Trump even posted about it. The ban is retribution, and an attempt to squeeze Anthropic into changing their minds.
