5 Min Study Break Workout to Stay on Track for Fitness Goals
Video Overview & Insights
With midterms and finals looming, finding time to #workout between all the studying and classes can be a challenge. But who says you have to choose between studying and working out? This study break exercise routine is all you need to stay on track for your #fitness goals, better yet it’s just 5 minutes long.
Thanks! I feel fresher! 🥰🥰
Just a small break can help refresh mental focus, improve circulation, and relieve tight and uncomfortable #muscles that can build up from inevitable bad posture while long hours spent sitting at a desk, looking at a computer, or reading books.
With this quick #routine, burn calories and get your heart rate going with minimal sweat involved. Plus, stay right on track with your #FitnessGoals through even your busiest seasons by stopping to move your body for at least 5 minutes once an hour.
As a med student this is what I want.. sitting long hours make me feel lazy and not motivation to study.. this is so refreshing. Thank you so much.
How it Works
For every hour of studying take a 5 minute break to get up and move your body. This routine is filled with light cardio, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic stretches to wake your body up and prepare it for your next bout of studying. This routine may be short, but do it enough times throughout the day and the calories will add up!
That felt Amazing
Just a student trying to lose weight with study

@laibarashid9305When training a set w/ weights in the 5 min break as there is no time for proper warmup How many reps would you deem sensible to leave in the tank before failure to be safe enough from injuring for rep ranges of 5-15?
