I just moved out of my home town Portland, OR to San Diego a few weeks ago, and similar to you, I don't feel like the city is a good fit for me. Even though I've had a calling to move here for almost a year. In the process of accepting SD might not be it for me but not regretting a moment of it because I've grown so much since the move.
