@jnorth9702I’m going to have to build up to this. Only lasted 10 minutes. I’ll keep at it! Can you also make a daily three part (10 minutes each) walk at home plan?
If I just divide this into three 10 minute segments there won’t be any warmups in the last two, just jumping into face pace.
