This 30-minute full-body workout will take you through a series of no-repeat exercises that target every major muscle group. Each move is done for 40 seconds with a 20-second rest in between. Can be done at home, in your garden or park as you don’t need any equipment at all.

Great workout. Caution about neck rotations. They can cause injury in some peole.. Best to look left and then look right and perhaps look down toward the left and right pants pocket while applying gentle pressure on the back of the head (levator scap stretch)
