Omg half of the workout i probably felt when she said burpee plus 2 squat jumps I was like gurl are you serious fr? 😭😂 But I switched too squats and squat jumps instead of that,I am proud of being a beginner and could complete video,I could go back and sit but nahhh even though I was out of breath I took certain amount of breaks and did that!!!❤
I want my 18th birthday to be real and secure not to be insecure!!!! Actually I am scared to run outside fr,becoz ahhh yk as a girl I feel my things are shaking up and i hate the stares,but I will try to go wake early 30 min before and go for a great walk

day 1 of my workout starts today
day 2: i did 12k steps
day 3: did workout today
day 4: i did 17 min workout
day 5-6: i'll walk 15k steps
2ND WEEK (updating this on friday)
i did 4 workouts thiss week and all of them were from MIZI's channel
dumbell workouts, of them of 40min and 2 of them of 50min
3RD week!
i am on my 3rd workouts, i did 1 workout of MIZi and 2 workouts of ANNa's i think i'll do tmrs anna too

i am starting again after taking a 3 week break, as there was EID and stuff.
BUT i lost 2KG from calorie deficit(even with PMOS)
