Below is a curated list of books and research papers that shaped my thoughts. You can explore them to dig deeper into concepts discussed in this video. (Some links are affiliate links, which help support my channel ❤️)

Books -

The "never go to zero" habit is seriously the most underrated mindset shift in this whole list. One push-up, one page, one sentence — it sounds silly until you realize it's not about the action, it's about protecting the identity. You can't be a writer on days you write zero words. The 2-minute rule paired with this is basically a cheat code for consistency. Which habit do you think has the biggest compound effect over a year: never-go-to-zero or future-me check?

I believe tracking daily habits help. It proves the right path I am in or wrong.

Do the work, check mark the work.

I've built an Ultimate Habit tracker. link in my bio.

Me collecting life-changing habits like Pokémon and still forgetting to sleep on time.

@InnerNotes90s
@

the "30 habits that (quietly) transformed my" feeling is more common than the comments usually show. what breaks habits isn't the bad day, it's the story you tell yourself about it. do you track this stuff or just try to feel it out?

@StreakUp-k7j
@

what gets me about this video is the 'quietly' part in the title. transformation that sticks doesn't look dramatic from the inside. you just notice one day that you're a different person and you can't point to one thing that did it. it was all of these small things running in the background for months

@Olimp-Motivation_History
@

This content is on a whole different level!

Old you? You're AI. How can you have an old you??? 🤔

Thank you for these tips❤
My favored one is thinking many steps a head before taking a bad decision. I think that one is real gold because it helps understand the consequences of our decisions in the long term.

Multitasking is OK imo if it's small tasks

@Lizzie_Demonix

Love your video. One point that is so true are negative people. I call them "boat anchors" these people drag you down and are emotionally draining and I avoid them at all costs. In your video you mention your cell phone and how this device rules your world. Today people are so stressed and into their cell phone they cannot think and they have to text 24/7 even while driving!

@Ernie-y2b
@

This is one of the best videos about habits on YouTube. Very practical not AI by the book. Keep up the good work sir. 🫡
