Hey Ali Thankyou for your videos. Does anyone know how you’re supposed to know how much to drink so you are sufficiently hydrated?

I find it very dangerous to make "longer live" claims on statistics like that. People who walk more are generally speaking people who lead a healthier life hence they live longer. Same goes for a healthy amount of sun exposure. So yeah those things are important but its not just that.

I don't think a takeaway is that it's always good to walk. Some of your graphs showed elevated risks past 10,000 steps. So if someone is tracking their steps, they probably shouldn't go past 10k steps.

Quite surprised that Mediterranean diet is not mentioned here. Lots of studies showing the long term benefits of it.
@aprendiendoconmargaWhat Amazon treadmill would you recommend to use under a standup desk?
@gwills8771So are prone to heart disease and dementia if we walk more than 10k steps? As per the graphs
@Ag75377Talk slowly somewhat please.
@rashedulhasan.wakeupSuch an interesting discussion! I've always been curious about the benefits of walking 10,000 steps a day, and finally got an answer backed by actual data. Thank you!

@theemperor4901I love your videos, I am rarely leaving comments, though I wish to make a suggestion. Can you make a video for this gut microbiome test? Can they give us insights on how to improve health?
@MariaMiltiadouWhat's the other watch on your right hand? Just curious
@nithiyakalyanisekar7331I find it stunning how people can go through a day and NOT do around 10k steps, I work in an office and sit at 9 -10 without even trying at all. 😮
@RMILLSMMAdid he just call urine "wee"???
@Noonberryyou look a lot like my doctor who I am emotionally attached to but am trying to distance myself from because getting attached to your doc is a no no so I come here to listen to your amazing advices while trying to get over missing my doctor
@NoonberryAs an Australian I can confirm slip slop slap is still going strong and has since been updated to slip slop slap seek (shelter/shade) and slide (on sunglasses) 🤠
@Joodle75Do you like your desk treadmill? I feel like it would help with getting steps in but I also don’t want to be on work meetings sounding like I’m fighting for my life 😩😭
@JaquiiPenaDude! Slow down 😂😂😂
@sheilak5642This video is exactly what I needed. Thanks for breaking down the information so clearly.
@caotrieuvi❤❤
@RAVITANDAN07Have you ever talked to @medlifecrisis about Andrew Huberman?
His stance seems to be, that he's a quack, while you seem to recommend him quite a lot?
Can’t beat slip,slop,slap. Just saying.
@kookaburra24Very educative video. Thank very much Mr Ali.
