If you're doing the sales yourself and don't exactly have a setter and closer pod how do you set up the questions? At 5:28 you mentioned starting from broad to narrow but later during enroll you said high quality direct questions and not broad.
Do you always start with broad questions no matter what and only ask direct questions once they reach the enroll stage?

To all my experienced salespeople here: When you make the offer and they throw in an objection right at that point, what are techniques you‘d use to go around that?

Super helpful. I would add to that "Quantifying Pain".... Figure out how much the problem/pain is costing them per year/per month. Then as long as your solution costs less than that, the rest of the conversation becomes much easier.

Thank you Dan! one month ago, my biggest takeaway was moving from scripted conversation to the study of talk tracks & objection handling talking points.
The whole sale felt more natural and comfortable. The result is that I have enrolled a $350k per year client who already ordered $80k @ 45% margin of commodity goods for their store.

Wished he would have discussed how to get through or around gatekeepers. B2B sales are tough if you have to go through front office staff who have little working knowledge in the operations of the business yet are weary of sales ppl and so they give you bs excuses.
