Nice video, but the two museums you forgot to mention are..... The Cleveland Museum of Art at University Circle and the Great Lakes Science Center just west of The Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame!

I love the Cleveland Museum of Art, plus the zoo and the Metropqrk system. Texas has NOTHING that can compare with the Metropark system.

League Park was NEVER the home of the Cleveland Guardians, Idjit! The Cleveland Indians did play there however, you got that wrong in the first minute of this video. I'll continue watching to see what else you don't know about Cleveland.

The place is a dump with some bright spots. Even a minor car accident will turn into a nightmare...no police.

No art museum? No cleveland orchestra, in the opinion of many, the best symphony in america? No flats? No emphasis of Tremont/ohio city for great restaurants ? No Playhouse square? But two donut shops? A reformatory an hour away? You should expend your list to 31 at least.

I was born in Cleveland 70 years ago, but we moved to L.A. when I was 3 months old. I haven't been back since. Now living in Fort Wayne, Cleveland will made a great 3 or 4 day trip for me. Thanks for all the tips!

Not sure how you completely missed the Museum of Art and all that surrounds it. The MLK parkway leading up to it, Case Western Reserve campus/ University Heights, and Little Italy, all in a row. It's amazing.

We had to relocate here from metro Detroit a year ago for my husband’s job, and I’ve never been so homesick in my life, and I’ve lived in several different states.

Malley's Chocolate is AMAZING! I grew up by the one in Mentor where there is a cute gazebo inside where our extended family always met up and had hot fudge sundaes before shopping for amazing chocolate. Their best is the chocolate covered pretzels which is a must when we get together with family who moved out of state. There factory, that you can tour, is closer to Cleveland so check it out! 2 BIG pink towers you can see from the highway is a great roadside attraction too! Your kids will LOVE it! Side note Thanks for helping us with our homeschooling 50 state studies. We love your videos and between you and Pops we learned way more then we could imagine!

Lifelong Clevelander here. Im pretty sure the place you mentioned that was the former home of the Guardians was actually the former home of our Cleveland Indians. Our baseball team, The Indians, has a long and well-loved history. The Guardians are a new construct. I did not know that Heinens had taken over that building. Such a gorgeous piece of architecture!

We just visited this month (July 2025) and the weather was great. Much cooler than the mid-Atlantic. Edgewater Park is really scenic. Cuyahoga Valley NP is surprisingly good and the Rock HoF is great. The Christmas Story house is very well done. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt that is in the Arcade. I was very impressed with all of it.

$40 a person to get in the RARHOF. That's ridiculous.

You must have overlooked the Cleveland Museum of Art on purpose. It is one of the great art museums in the entire world. But I guess when it comes to Cleveland, folks like you like to leave out a few of the best things about the CLE. You also ignored Playhouse Square one of the greatest theater districts in the USA. Thanks for what you did present. 😐

I can't believe you did NOT include the most famous, world renowned Cleveland Museum of Art. As a world traveler, I can attest to the numbe of people who know about our museum. Not only is the CMA known for it's world class exhibits, it's one of the top ten collections that is in demand across the globe. The armor court alone is a jewel. And, as someone who has moved away from NE Ohio, I can guarantee all you Clevelanders that the only reason A Christmas Story is "so popular" is becuase it's just another thing that the rest of the world can tease you about.

Alright my friend! You got a lot right!! You did good for a first trip to the Land. But come on back and go to The Rowley inn right next to Christmas Story house. Bacon wrapped tots! And delicious kielbasa! SPUDNUTS donuts in Berea Ohio! Chefs kiss! Ohio pie in Brunswick for pizza and COOKIES!!! The COOKIES!!!! And Berea Ohio metro parks are spectacular

After living here for almost two years, the number one thing to do in Cleveland is MOVE THE F@CK OUT!!!!! I hate living even close to this city. English is a foreign language here, men all have mans buns or colored hair, you don’t know if what appears at a glance to be a woman is a woman or not. No such thing as free speech or opinion if it doesn’t agree with the indoctrinated masses. Just a horrible place

@Sam-kn2mm

Thank you, the most comprehensive things to do in Ohio! I was hesitant in going just for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but all of the things you pointed out like Lakeview Cemetery, the library, the historic grocery shop, Tinker Creek and Cuyahoga - so awesome, now I'm excited!

The Cleveland Museum of Art, why did you omit it? It's world-renowned, on par with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the National Gallery in London...plus its FREE! You also failed to mention Severance Hall, the home of the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, another world-famous orchestra! What about Little Italy (since we're talking about the East Side) or Coventry Road! You really are a clueless, shallow little schlemiel!
