🗺️ Our Paris Guide — restaurant picks by neighborhood
Quite a nice compilation of "MUST" things to eat. Do eat seasonal. Good tip. If you can go to the region for the regional food [Normandy for moules / frites, Alsace for Choucroute/Sauerkraut, etc.] you'll probably find it even better. Buy cheese in the markets or specialty shops in Paris or elsewhere. NOT in a supermarket! Pre-wrapped and ready to go cheese, no! Enjoying your take on France and measuring it to my experience since 1980. You've still got an "American" tilt / taste to the story in my humble opinion, but it's brave to suggest steak tartar! I'd have gone for snails with garlic butter. There's so much to explore, taste, see, experience in France or any country. You seem very down to earth and lucky for you a healthy budget and appetite, too. Hope you'll take any "criticism" with a big grain of salt. From 35 kms SW of Paris!

62 & I’ve always ate my Dawg covered with Fromage. Maybe it’s a Family thing. Both Croque Monsieur & Madame are absolutely great breakfast food…. And excellent hangover food.

They are so generous with food, how do they survive and by the same token, can one take home 'leftovers'

Lol,... i believe humans have being eating the cheese mold for hundreads or thousands of years. Modern europeans and americans just forgot about it because of corporate capitalism and the destruction of traditionl foods and rural living, the loss of most ancient vegetable varieties etc... its like we had only One breed of dogs left... sad.
And cheese mold is the most ancient known penicilin medication. Probably dates back 10 thousand years ago when humans were more knowledgable of what they eat...

As a person living with diabetes, I feel like being tortured watching your video. Why all the good foods in life have the sweet taste? My mouth is watering watching your video and I’m suffering at the same time 😂. Love all your clips about life in France.

Warmest greetings! I only recently came across your channel and I love it. What good advice you give, I loved your Dordogne video and I bet you are tons of fun to go out and eat with! Keep your lovely videos coming please!!! I have not been fortunate enough to go to Paris yet (would take me only 7 hours or so to get to in the car) and I hope to do so some day. 🥰

These foods look good, I'd just avoid any beef as don't eat it. I will agree to disagree on your comments on hot chocolate, as I don't drink coffee or tea if I'm in the mood I'll have a hot chocolate any season. No bleu cheese though from the fromagerie something I would get definitely.

"Sounds Jamaican," 😄.
@UncleHoCMI saw you guys had profiteroles, indicated on your receipt from another video, and how expensive it was. I guess my croquembouche dreams are now shattered, lol.
@UncleHoCMGalette with fromage and champignon de Paris, please.
@UncleHoCMLove me a hotdog anywhere in the world.
@UncleHoCMYou guys nailed it. I’m so hungry now for my favorite cuisine in the world. I’m not sure you mentioned the gigot d’agneau pleureur or the carrée d’agneau and the Navarin… wonderful Easter dishes. I would add the canard à l’orange and / or the canard aux pruneaux and let’s not forget the famous pot au feu. … for deserts, le moelleux au chocolat à la crème anglaise and for something really light, l’isle flottante. Missing many other runner ups!!
@ElenaDelgado-ch5fxGrand Marnier (orange liqueur) flambée not rum for the crèpes Suzette 😉 🍊🇫🇷
@danielleperryfineartMoules Frites and duck confit are two of my favorites! I don't even care for duck but it's delicious!
@michelerabalais5447Bon vivant ❤️❤️❤️ Je suis jalouse 😍🥰
@pechoelama2699When you see their food pictures you want to vomit. It is all quantity, quantity, stuffing themselves in a most disgusting way.
@solangelauthier2381OH. MY. GOD!
@carolinejordan12Especially be careful during a heat wave

@MeowMeow-ij9dkGood God looks so delicious that the food and those deserts just spiked my blood sugar thru the roof just watching the video..😂
@rudfilVocês são ótimos!
@yedabocaletto95I love the channel, and especially this video. So many things you highlighted I've eaten all my life. My mom lived 84 years and is from Soissons. All of my family on her side still live there today. I grew up being fed crepe, pate, baguettes with butter and jams, mussels, shrimp, boeuf bourguignon, profiterole, duck confit, tarte aux pommes, macarons and so on. I never really realized what I had until its gone. I live on the gulf of Mexico in the USA and just really enjoy how both of you feed off of each other and share your life experiences. 😄
@nexusnrgWhy she always close her eyes ? So annoying
@SlyndcThe food looks delicious! ❤
@SharonMorgan-gb9qeThe sausage, sauerkraut and mustard looked delicious and now I’m craving it
@courtneypalmer2331I love Ble' Sucre' and chausson aux pommes at Du Pain et des Idee'
@LienPham-rq7lrI like blanquette de veau 😋
@LienPham-rq7lrKouign-Amann. You got the pronunciation right for the beginning, but not the end. Say like in Amande without the de, you would pronunce Aman, not Amane. I think that we, most of the French, don't know how to say this Brittany pastry name right.
@OlivierNayraguetA Jambon beurre with slices of cheese is called a "Complet".
@OlivierNayraguetThis video is very helpful! Thank you for sharing! 💜
@susan_elizabethWhen I was in Paris, I had a hard time finding a English speaking physician or pharmacy.
@angelvaldez8048Steak with a sauce + French fries is too much grease, it is unhealthy
@solangelauthier2381I had a hot dog one New Year's eve in Paris. They were awesome? Don't forget Angelina for hot chocolate. Oh, and a croque madame (or mousier). prefer the egg on top with the madame.
@bluemarlin6806they aint got none burgers in that silly place?
@VinceGarrido우와... 길거리 음식에도 버터를 쓰다니.
