25 Min. Full Body Mobility Workout | Low Impact & Gentle | DAY15 #OER BASE
Video Overview & Insights
🤸🏼♀️ A full body mobility workout that’s low-intensity/low-impact but still helps you increase range of motion & feel refreshed.
Tnk excellent
🎯 Target areas: joints that benefit from mobilisation aka spine, shoulders, hips, ankles & wrists + surrounding muscles
💭 How To Use: as active rest on your day off or whenever you feel like it (this is its own lower intensity workout, I suggest to not combine it with a home/gym strength workout to avoid negative effects on your speed/power/explosiveness)
Shame I can't like this workout every time I do it
🔧 Equipment: none!
#mobilityworkout #mobilitytraining #mobilitywod
These are great workouts. But I noticed that you make some of the movement really very difficult to follow. For example, you combine different movements together and you do them very quickly, and this makes it confusing for beginners. I started many of your videos, only to give up later on after I get confused. Maybe sticking to one move at the same time is a better idea.
Day 15 of the OER Base challenge is perfect for your active rest day! A gentle full body mobility routine. No finisher, just slow movement. See you on the mat! 🤸🏼♀️
SOCIALS
I can bench 350… squat and deadlift 500lbs…
And this mobility workout kicked my ass….

This was awesome! Great way to start my day.
@LizzieRoehrsThanks for this! This was real mobility. I felt my shoulders/wrists/ spine/ hips/ knees/ AND ankles all crack in such a good way. Truly feel opened up! Compared to other mobility workouts, these exercises were new to me but effective! Thank you :)

@EPIPHANY-1111Thank you so much for this workout! I found it today, and I don't think I've ever enjoyed a workout this much! also loved the music choice :)
@alejarc90I promise you ... I had an exorcism during the equating rotations. we did it though. A fascinating fact... there is no point in seeking out an exorcism, because there is no human on earth that can do something God cannot do, so, just seek God and if he wills you to be healed you will. It is right and just, so, why would he not heal you? God bless you!
@CraigLamachLongest 15 minutes of my life?? Getting back into Pilates and rebuilding strength after a bad muscle injury and this was killer!
