One of the books I've found to be influential as well as interesting is "The Psychic Adventures Of Derek acorah". I first heard that as a teenager when I was getting more into spiritual things. Another book I find absolutely fascinating, very well-written and well-researched is "The Victorian House" by Judith Flanders. I've read both of thene books at least twice and got different things from them each time.

It was so relieving to see a video about non-fiction books that will actually teach me something instead of an endless list of self help books. Putting all of these on my list!

Thank you for this. I used to think I didn't like reading my whole life up until I was 31, two years ago, and discovered that I had been trying to read the wrong genres. Turns out I only like reading non-fiction! I've read a few of the books you recommend here, and understand why they made your list. Based on your recommendations in this list, I have to recommend you to read "Hospicing Modernity" by Vanessa Machado de Olivera. I'd also recommend "Feminism and the mastery of nature" by ecofeminist philosopher Val Plumwood.

I already read atomic habits and why we sleep, so I was even more interested in the other books you suggest. I definitely want to read the 4 hour week, breath and anam cara. But actually the most of your suggested books sound really interesting.
Greetings from Germany. PS: just finished your study guide book and loved it. Your words have inspired so much. Thank you.

great list - i hope to finally read A New Earth as i am going through a painful loss and wish to find my spiritual side. also unfortunately when it comes to "period power" i feel like most individuals who share how to live within the different phases of a period are often not informed when it comes to us women who have chronic health issues related to our cycles like endometriosis. we often have to rely on hormonal suppression as there are so few treatment options when it comes to this excruciating disease. i wish books like "period power" would give suggestions for us who have no choice but to suppress our cycles or at least would be inclusive to those with chronic, painful health issues related to our cycles. we often feel out of sync with our bodies because we are trying our best to treat this debilitating illness so would greatly benefit from information on how to live more in tune with our bodies.

I didn’t mean to get sucked into Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade, but one night I started reading and couldn’t stop. The book describes techniques that feel ancient, almost ritualistic, but applied to modern life. I’ve never read anything like it.

@sixgamarto7627
@

I first heard about Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade from a stranger online who said it “opens your eyes in ways you’re not ready for.” I thought it was exaggeration until I started reading. It’s wild how much of reality is influenced by intention when you really understand it.

@LadymarDanzaArte
@

My friend passed me a link to Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade, saying, “Just read it, don’t ask questions.” I was skeptical, but after reading, I noticed small changes in how people respond to me. It’s subtle, unsettling, and fascinating all at once.

@ddrkla5372
@

A friend recommended Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade and warned me it could mess with my perception. I laughed… until I finished the first chapter. Now I can’t stop noticing patterns in everything around me.

@Rodelveloya
@

Last week I read a few excerpts of Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade. One paragraph made me pause for ten minutes, just staring at the ceiling. It’s not like any manifestation advice I’ve seen online. It feels… dangerous in the right hands.

@VillageLife786-h5k
@

I found Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade in a tiny used bookstore tucked in the corner of the city. The pages felt almost forbidden, like it wasn’t meant to be handled by just anyone. Reading it changed how I think about intention and control.

@FahadKhani-xk7xs
@

I stumbled upon Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade late last night while scrolling through some obscure forums. I wasn’t prepared for what I read. It’s like the book is whispering secrets about reality that most people will never know.

Hey Jade, great recommendations. Thanks a lot! 🥰

A question, though, if you may help: which of these or any other books(1-2) would you recommend for someone who is going through life crises in terms of career, relationships, finance, having anxiety/depression, and is not much spiritually/religiously aligned (pretty much almost everything is downhill)? I want to gift to one of my friends to help them get through life and feel better. Awaiting you response 🩷🩷🩷
