$203 vs $17 BBQ Chicken: Pro Chef & Home Cook Swap Ingredients | Epicurious
Video Overview & Insights
Pro chef Frank Proto and home cook Beth are swapping their recipes and ingredients before hitting the kitchen to make some BBQ chicken. We provided Beth with everything necessary to make chef Frank’s eye-popping $203 chicken recipe, sending only $17 worth of materials back the other direction. Will Frank elevate Beth’s more modest materials into something gourmet? Can Beth keep up with the demands of Frank’s ingredients list?
How many minutes did she said?

@djtaybaeLove them both!
@raymundgerardm.feraren8194Bro does he like salt?
@pinetree_saping7672I want one of those stovetop grill pans SO MUCH! That's totally my next kitchen investment. Both these versions of BBQ chicken looked delicious!
@cyberpunkcentral8500I wish the wording would bit a different in the beginning, compared to saying "with these ingredients, I'm gonna make this dish into something delicious!"
like, seems almost like a back-handed compliment?
could rephrase it as "make something as amazing as what __ would've made."
This was a really great episode! So I know Frank said to trust the white barbecue sauce before you say it isn't one, but shouldn't he have added some sort of smoke component to it?
@mike1024.My mouth is watering! XD
@kestariayou guys need to do one where they keep their own ingredients

@nikkanoodle4591It looks and sounds like they are married
@Noah-lx5oeBunch of great cooks and chefs on this show but definitely think frank and Beth have the best chemistry!
@PeterMJohns13Frank encounters a highly processed, strong, unchef-y, and specialized single purpose product like kraft bbq sauce that is more a condiment than an ingredient "So I'm gonna de-atomize this bbq sauce into salt. Also, stick the dry pasta in the oven"
ten minutes later Not everything has to be fancy.
They inflated those prices in Frank’s side!! $14.00 for A BAY LEAF? $8.00 for BAKING POWDER?! 😂😂
@HollyMarieF69Beth and Frank are the Italian Powerhouses of this channel!
@jagerzaku9160The most "epic" battle ever. Professional chef vs. your experienced grandmother's cooking
@shellyt556I dont belive that the mustard only costs 0.98$
@oscarrosander5242I love Beth and Frank!
@WhyWorry1I hear Frank say "Salt" more then 11 time 🤣😂 for someone that just watch ads on this video "how many salt per day" it kinda hilarious and amusing.
