I just walked out of a private mastermind with some of the sharpest content marketers alive and the strategies we talked about? They're going to completely change how we market in 2026.
In this video, I break down five game-changing content tactics that are about to reshape how service businesses attract and convert clients online. Iâll even walk you through the controversial one that had the whole room debating.
OR⊠you can hire a real actor or voice actor to do the dramatization of your reviewsâŠ
If you want to stay ahead of the curve (and your competition), you need to watch this.

Hi Wes, was wondering what method you recommend for photographers. I wanted to use long form video views to get qualified leads or build an warm audience then step 2 create a lead form campaign with qualifying questions to those who watched 50% of a 5 min video. Do you recommend using only video views engagement to remarket with 5 to 7 videos and skipt the lead form campaign step? What about cost per qualified lead in the long run?
More User Perspectives
Hey Wes, I loved all of the tips, but #4 was where I drew the line. I don't think it's ethical in any way, shape, or form to use AI Influencers to pose as UGC. Admittedly, even the thought of doing that makes me gag because it's just so short-sighted. Appreciate the other tips, though, but I really wouldn't recommend anyone to do that.
@rohitnath5569As a computer engineer, this is a terrible advice you just gave regarding programming.
If you have no idea how to code, youll get frustrated, and possibly lawsuits in the long run if your app even work. Plus you won't know how to fix something that breaks.
The strategic co-post collab is flying under the radar and it shouldn't be. Did my first one 6 weeks ago with a channel at 22k subs (I was at 1.8k), filmed a 45-min interview on their expertise, co-posted to my primary channel â that one video now has 41,300 views and pulled 2,840 new subs in the first 21 days. My second-best video all-time is at 1,100 views. Also fully agree on the interactive tool lead magnet: swapped my "ultimate checklist PDF" for a 90-second AI-generated audit tool and opt-in rate went from 2.3% to 18.7% on identical traffic. The PDF era is genuinely dead.
@crescitalyWhich review sites would you recommend? Thanks in advance ;-)
@SusanneGeertHuge nope on casting artificial humans to portray actual humans who have contributed written testimonials.
The problem is that those real clients of yours have consented to have their words, and maybe their photographic likeness, used when they submitted a testimonial. Unless you ask and they give their permission, they explicitly did not say, "Put my words in the mouth of an artificial person."
To do so, potentially damages your reputation and your relationship with your client, and therefore potential future clients as well.
Great tips, thanks!
@PeggersWes, the way you reframe zeroâclick as an opportunity instead of a threat is spot on. One tweak to your YouTube collab strategy: smaller experts massively increase their chances of getting those coâposts if they can show they already move audiences across a few microâniches. Spinning up a small network of niche channels (even using ready accounts from places like accsmarket) lets you test angles, prove watch time and CTR, then approach bigger creators with hard data instead of just âcan I get some exposure?â. That turns the collab from a favor into an obvious winâwin.
@Multi-AccountMasteryHi! I want to ask you a question about the cross posting strategy on YouTube, is it only going to work with YouTube or you can do similar style video and strategy of cross posting let's say on Instagram?
@MarketingCareerLadderUsing ChatGPT, Claude (web), or Gemini to make these tools is not the best way to do this. Claude Code, Replit, or Cursor using git for version control is much better.
@davidvkimball@doctorlefthandthread Very interesting video. We have done the collab! It does help. The part of CHAT GPT could be good for you⊠âWhoâs the best repair doctor on the internet??â And it links to your channel. đđđ
5 Stars!!! âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž
Be careful with the tip #2: AI can generate code for your app idea, it's okay(ish) for validating. But it will fail as soon as you start getting real users and real traffic. As soon as you have to support or extend it you will be in trouble. And i didn't mention security yet... If you don't understand what that code will do which generated by AI you should not use it for real business.
@gyorgykovesdiSEO is now Search Everywhere Optimization
@bsand727Or you can simply use AI actors to present information about your product (make it sensationalist or whatever but without the claim from the AI actor that indicates that they used the product/service)
@Shehryar486Brilliant
@MichaelWilliams-lo3ixWhy didnât I think to invite all of the people that I have interviewed on my show on this channel to become collaborator? Iâm off to do that nowâŠ
@FinanciallyfreeauthorWes, the controversial strategy is a bit of a slippery slope, no doubt. Almost ten years ago I began taking real reviews, and having a man or a woman, read them, as the written review appeared on screen. It was very effective to help ranking a local businessâŠvideo+real reviews. We did stop this process, and can see how coming back in with AI generated actors, portraying the person leaving the review, could be beneficial, with proper disclosures.
I love the collab strategy. I am launching a new interview podcast for my local BNI group, with the intent to interview local business owners, who may be a good fit for our local chapter. The only gap is the local business owners probably will not have much of a following.
I will be leveraging this strategy though for several of my current clientsâŠthank you.
Oh wait the lead magnet brilliant.
I actually created an app that people can put their business URL in, and it gives them three ideas for ideal lead magnetsâŠthen if they want we can spin them up.đ
Love your content but yeah, #4 is out for me. Not ethical.
@Joe-Miller3So WesâŠon that note, would you like to collaborate with me on my next video? đ
@michaelrussell4924Yeah I donât see the AI influencer thing as a long term solution. Eventually theyâll clamp down on it somehow.
@ryleylamarshA lot of this dosent seem to work for my industry. I am in one of the hardest to advertise for, Locksmith. Thank you for all you do though some of it does help.
@MatthewWilson-b8lDelivering real-world advice for businesses in every video, and this one was especially helpful. Thank you, Wes!!
@RokoffStudioYeah, the collaboration thing, I don't have any "competitors." IDK, maybe everyone says that, but my niche is really unique. As always Wes, thanks for the update.
@NorCalEDMNewsCan we collab Wes? Letâs see if you say yes
@msadraeiHelp me sell TechPods , back yard office/ bedroom
@TechpodshedSeem somewhat like what email marketers have been doing successfully for many years. This is a great idea!
@KevinGarris-b9oGreat tips to stay on top of the changing marketing landscape! Generating fake AI testimonials is not only wrong, but if people find out, then there goes all that trust you built up.
@jeremiahgagethanks Wes!
@SchildersbedrijfMJFWes, would you please be my first collab? I'm just starting my business. Well it's finally starting to come together thanks to AI. I'm tech challenged and neurodivergent and I have made a really awesome design prompt tool for people like me. Im a bee tending to many flowers, more is coming. What do you say?
@basistransformationsThankyou for this. Appreciate your videos. Do you have any suggestions in how I can find others that are in my niche or similar who actually have a channel. Is there a way to search for them? Maybe chat?
@jessica.angileriCan you explain the difference between an agent and an app? Can you give use case scenarios?
@yavonnebutcher2014Great breakdown Wes! You're in my niche so hopefully we could do an interview one day đ
@ClearVoiceMediaThis is really good. Thank you.
@kotzottprobably one of my favorite channels on YouTube, you always seem to be a step ahead of all the others when it comes to AI and digital marketing.
