@elia6973Wow that 20 minutes is packed like a bullet! I love these 20-minute HIIT no equipment workouts especially when they include warm up and cool down otherwise I would 100% skip doing them. For me personally it would be helpful to have audio/verbal descriptions of the upcoming exercise so I don’t have to stop my current exercise early to look and figure out what the next exercise is, especially for HIIT videos when timing is a big element, because I have to pause and rewind a lot to figure out what I’ll be doing next. Thank you for making taking care of my body so fun and accessible! Love the channel 🫶🏼

I used to work out at the gym all the time and then I got pregnant and had my daughter, so it is a lot harder for me to find time to get out of the house to go to the gym, so I looked up some good workouts and found y'all's video! Guys, I want to start a healing journey and post daily updates. I've already begun my journey to improve my posture and fix the neck hump but now I want to start a weight loss journey. I'm already on a diet of 1.602 kcal given me by a nutritionist. I want to give daily updates and weekly updates of my weight. If I stop updating, please remind me to keep going, I tend to lose motivation because I have so much to do in a day, but I really want to stay consistent and make progress. (I will start on sunday 07.06)
