@Elizabeth1000-z2vAt story 1:48:10, if there’s no legal document stating any claim on the lake house then the next of kin or whomever the last owner grants the property to, can do whatever they want with it. The other guy who his uncle did this “deal” with, needs to provide a legal document stating he can stay upstairs, otherwise it’s seen as trespassing. Police will be involved!

I never understood why in scenarios where the police know someone has broken into a house or property, they have to announce their presence by flashing sirens
