@BanomehndiartChef Ashok ji , milk powder se barfi banayi , sab kuch perfect tha , bahut achchi jam bhi gayi , but itni jaida mithi thi , ( aise laga char guna sugar hai ) fir 2 cup no milk powder le k khoya banaya fir meetha kam karne k liye barfi ko tod k milaya , but ab jam nahi rahi , vase hi geeli hai , jaise milk halwa , kya karu ?

@afreenkamal5503I think this is the right way to make it. Tried it twice after watching other videos where they asked to directly add sugar without making any string consistency and added milk also. The barfi always ended up runny and sticky.
I think making one string sugar syrup like mysore pak will give it the right texture.
Will definitely try once with this method.

Barfi taste was really really sugary and it's texture was so sticky.
You should advise to add less sugar in it.
