But how do we post manually on Instagram if we make our posts in canva? I use canva's scheduler to post into Instagram, and yes, I've batched several videos and set them up in there. In order to post manually would I have to send each post to my phone and then upload into Instagram?

The suggested content to refine explore, and the trending insight does not seem to be available. I have been selecting specific ones and then hitting not interested. Hopefully it has the same effect. I can't find where to plug in specific terms that i do NOT want to see on my page. "Politics" "Motorcycles" and so on.
