I'm a trucker that has been fighting my own war on poverty my whole life. So I'm watching this for ideas.
@brose2323Why can't bakeries just give what doesn't sell to the salvation army or homeless shelters rather than just throwing them out?
@xanderlee4733Ramen costs more like over a $1 per pack
@daughter-of-christANY rest tossing food rather than donating it to the homeless are worthless. I dont care about the laws. They can package it in a way that throwing it in the trash say in a bag, in a box it stays completely safe. I hateeeeee wasting food. I feel guilty. I live in FL in the panhandle. I have seen tons of bears. We took away their land! I never saw a bear in all my life in NH living on 50 acres. They get into our trash cans. I think we should have designated compost piles for the animals to eat.
@HonesTeaBeauTeaWell that's sesame noodles in front cover. Heat some hot pepper flakes, garlic, oil veg., some hot ramen noodles with soy sauce.. carry on
@rockinray6197Cigarettes vodka
@carstenvallin8660This is quite valuable, it says about to live below your means
@Helenmindset-d8ySardines and bread
@Chosen1DainaBLACK BEANS
@LovesLogical"Running the Circuit"? nobody has ever said that ever.
@efxnoiseI lived in a tent in Los Angeles with my dog for a few years. some things I noticed:
-Everyone knows the purpose of a "lid"
- No, we don't have a "bread route" memorized better than the bakers.
-bakers rarely leave clean bags of bread out because they don't want a line of bums showing up every night.
-nobody trades for canned beans.
There is no "unspoken arrangement " to grab condiments.
I got about halfway through and it's all made up by AI. Don't waste your time on this bullshit.
Omigish yuk I have eaten ketchup soup alive to tell the story
@JohnDavidRomo-es6rrIn the Philippines, people usually don’t throw away food just because it looks ugly or imperfect if it’s still good. In the U.S., though, some stores and restaurants throw away perfectly edible food because of how it looks, expiration labels, or company policies. If I lived there, I’d probably check the grocery store dumpster before buying food. 🤣 Ngl, sometimes I joke that I wanna be homeless in the U.S., Germany, or other countries because of how much good food gets thrown away
@ExaGearExperimentToturialsPoor usa
@cobrathegodITisI like how they used the 2uz v8 engine
@getclawed7759Dry whole milk works great if you are homeless. because you can get a bottle water
and drink some of it and then pour in the whole milk with a funnel, shake and drink it
or use it for something else. Dry milk doesn't spoil.
I understand people need to survive, but a lot of these meals are toxic, especially the processed meats with nitrates and foods with microplastics. These types of foods are linked to cancer, dementia, etc..
@aaroncatolico7550I wish i was homeless and starve to death. :( My mom loves me alot and i have to stay home :( I wouldnt want to stay alive in this cruel sick world full of idiots.
@janyuary1995❤❤❤
@LiuNing-j9uHere in America, the food left over from bakeries is doused in bleach.
Its the law
I'm not homeless by any means. But when I stayed in a hostel to study for neet, outside food and snacks were hard to find. We could go outside once a month to take money from the atm for hostel fees. During that time I used to stock up on ramen, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise etc. we weren't allowed to cook either. So when midnight hunger hits I made maggi in tiffinbox by socking it in hot water, tomato soup with ketchup etc.
@wanderingsoul3708The cheapest can of beans is $2.58 at Walmart. Well, I saw chickpeas at Walmart for $1.58. It will go up by now, thanks to Orange Jesus. Some cans of beans pack 600 calories, protein, fat, carbs and plenty of fiber.
Most food banks require proof of an address like a utility bill. Libraries usually do not require a real address; your state ID will let you in. In Anchorage, we have a Salvation Army but it has no soup kitchen except for the people they let in: women and families. You need to take a bus downtown to Bean's Cafe. That's it. We don't have many shelters. They are overfilled. Homelessness has become a criminal problem. I'm a 64 yr old nurse with 14 years of college who got a new job I wanted, but it was tech I did not know for govt re-imbursement. I asked for an extra day on the computer. I was told Trump is wasting our tax money, last in, first out. "Don't come in tomorrow, or the rest of the year." I was homeless for years after having three lobes of lung removed for cancer. It got to that state because I was a nonsmoker. (Although I had a job metalsmithing prior to being a nurse -16 hrs a day of asbestos !!! Even the counter tops we ate lunch on were made of asbestos. "If a nurse has to wear an ugly oxygen tank they should not be a nurse."
WOW. And they fired me " we don't want to be seen hiring handi-capped nurses". WOW. I'm just differently abled, through no fault of my own, just having a job that can kill me.
I've been an old man in a tent for a long time it feels like.
Instant cereal packets, oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat and a cup of hot water knock yourself out
@kristinkoenig-f3lShame on America.
@CatinthedesertA friend of mine used to eat ketchup packets. God rest his soul. Didn't realize he was starving 😢

@peterrallo3086I was homeless on the street of Boston in 2015. I ate like rich people. I knew which upscale restaurants had kitchen left overs.
@Jay-hr3rhMeth is real survival food and bugs wont eat it
@nickolastrainer8900Homeless people are given better food than consumers willing to pay 100+ per head. Ketchup and Ramen aren't survival foods. . Stop shooting dope and you can just eat normal food.
@CobyPrince-f5ysorry not in Trinidad and Tobago
@mukesh-j7e2yPlease someone help me get some food $alpha1736
@JuanLopez-y3j7iI'm 70 and facing homeless soon. I'm already doing some of this because I have very little money after paying for my rent which I'm about to be a evicted.
@stevenh-k8dGREAT WORK YOU HAVE YOUR PEOPLE DYING IN THE STREETS
@nickolaskoukoutas3115Mag is bad!
@JomathanMorenoSome nice AI slop
@sw33tsubl1me8And yes the beans are good because they are full of protein especially the lentils
@MarkJZimmerPeanut butter spikes blood sugar and it is still true that an apple a day keeps the doctor away because of the vitamin c and then you just go to the nude beach and get vitamin d from the Sun and the scenery is very good for the psychology and neurology
@MarkJZimmerSardines with the omega-3 fatty acids have always been the mainstay all the way back to the 30s during the Great depression
@MarkJZimmernothing about food stamps or asking for leftovers?
@dodogzhavekneezNo one should be a freeloader for life. If they are living off of the dime of others, they need to find a way to give back. Sweep the doorway, load or unload some things, be useful. Someone who merely shifts around hopping from free meal to free meal or relying on hacks like stealing condiments, oatmeal, etc. is a completely self absorbed, self-serving, prick.
@Marshmallows-bo6ytThe peanut butter reminds homeless people of MRE just sound so wrong. Imagine this is how people who are willing to sacrifice for the country ends up become.
@TheAlexSTIGet a Costco membership nothing beats 2-3 hotdogs with a drink for a 1.50 each
@joshBonilla-n3fShit....I still eat a lot of this stuff. My mom was a single parent with a teacher's salary. I live next to a ton of homeless...a lot of them wait for the rotisserie chickens to get thrown out.
@FostRaiderRamen packs haven't cost between 15-20 cents since the 90s. I used to live off the stuff when I was living out of my car in my late teens.
@JustinAndrewMasonWhy tf youtube recommend this to me am i going homeless
@skullydully1.0Throw some peanut butter on ramen, chicken tastes best and if you have it soy sauce and hot sauce. Fer the can opener look into a P-38, bout the size of those full size SD card. God bless!
@RedVdV"no utensils necessary"
