Hello first time trying your workout absolutely killed me!!😭💗although I did feel uncomfortable with the song choice for such a positive post to get fit, it carried such dark energy like secgs , voodoo, the devil and all of that stuff, I hope there’s better song choices in the future!! Update: day 9🎉 (2 days rest day!! i always do 3 days workout, 1 rest day, 3 days workout, 1 rest day, etc) i do this minimum 1x a day, and 2/7 days a week i do this 2 times + her christmas 15 min workout (i love christmas haha). I always get around 9k steps, on rest days minimum of 7k, but i normally am outside doing things so it ends up being around 10k. I eat under maintenance cals (1.5k) om rest days i eat whatever i want, which is mostly 2k :) im also pairing this with a 10 Minute arm workout w/o workout things, so weightless. I do the arm workout everyday as well, other than on rest days :) so far im seeing very good results in my arms, and feeling a lot stronger! I can do this without sweating much :) i can reccomend this Video, although its slightly annoying that theres a 1 Minute ad in the middle of bicycle crunches 😭 it really brings me out of my flow but she needs to make money some how and the workout IS for free, so i can appreciate it. Thanks for the free workout, ill keep Updating :) my goal is to get stronger, and this was the only workout that was short but intense enough for me to feel like it was worth it:) for some reason 2x 12 min is so much easer than 25 min 😭🙏

What I find difficult is that she doesn’t move to the rhythm of the music. These cardio deals work a lot more efficiently when the movement is coordinated with the music. Jenny McClellan for example coordinates her movements with the music. Just saying….
