I would also say another tip would be to take breaks. Don't race for hours on end. I find when I'm racing for two or three hours, my lap times start falling off, especially in daily races. I qualify well but start getting passed as I get tired.

It would be a cool feature to be able to adjust the opacity of the ghost. I find it distracting I can see it so clearly. If I could turn it down just a little, I could see through the ghost a little easier

Sammy, can you do a video that highlights your journey in GT? Example, what first six months were like, then perhaps the next 3 few yrs, etc. With sim racing equipment getting more affordable, I jumped into it but ofcourse, went to Sports mode after competing a few menu books and realized hitting gold and silver times are difficult on time trials. I can spend hours following top ranked ghosts but seems like that is not the right approach and my expectations maybe incorrect. Hearing about your journey and what equipment you started with, your struggles and wins, your approach, etc., will do many beginners good. I appreciate your content but you make it look easy and my level of play is similar to your wife. The video you did with her where you attempted to coach her (as much allowed) was awesome and very helpful.

Best money grinders. I’ve made millions on the circuit de la Sarthe 700. If you get the XJ220 with the Jaguar XJR-9 engine swap it is a walk in the park. Car does 4 laps maxed out so depending on the weather only 1 pitstop. Have won that race with around 20 other cars too. Just gets a bit boring so I keep my bank balance around 50 million credits but do plenty of other circuits. Cheers for the guide it’s excellent and certainly not just for beginners.

But the point of GT7, is losing points in driving "simulation", is that does not have tyre pressure. We all know how critical & serious, is in real life. PD must fix the game with it.
Short shifting and Brake balance are 2 of the things I never really understand
Often people are like "Just check the power band" and I'm like, yeah, numbers, but what do they mean?
So now it makes sense to check the gear recommendations to see the optimal revs

@drdeeds605Good tips, There is weekly challenges, time trials that pay out good per time invested and also missions just getting bronze will give you a car, in each mission.
