I wouldn't say "hello" if that were happening here in my house. My family has lived in two houses in n the same town, the first was truly haunted but the ghosts were not harmful. They were Japanese soldiers marching in our living room. Some would open our rice pot, maybe looking for rice😅 some would move coffee cups and spoons but did nothing harmful so I've gotten used to them through the years.
Here in our second house we have "visitor ghosts" who do not mind making themselves heard and felt even at daytime with all of us in the house. Having gotten used to these, I don't get creeped out anymore. If I were in someone else's house, I might but I won't say "hello".

I believe the house is haunted if the windows are shaking violently and there is no one doing it. The spirit(s) are probably trying to get the occupants to move out. It's probably a deceased owner who refuses to cross over or someone who had an accident closeby and is taking possession of the house. Spirits can do a lot of harm such as haunting occupants, terrifying them, breaking up homes, causing occupants to be fired from their jobs, making their animals sick, making family ill or even deceased, and they will do evil things over and over until occupants move.
