@maribelpaniaguavillarruelWhy do videos like this always seem to assume you have unlimited time in the morning before you have to travel to work and then actually work? They make the habits seem so easy to adopt but then when you look at the time required at the beginning of the day it can become very daunting.
Also, to start off your morning without needing an alarm to wake you seems unrealistic. How are you supposed to pause and breathe when you first wake if your alarm is blaring at you for action?
