I can't do a plank, I'm a beginner...
MUSCLES:
we train our Abs, Arms, Chest, Legs, Booty, Back & overall Core Strength.

SPEED:
The exercises are slow, but still intense. No Jumping involved (and therefore also very neighbor friendly haha). The SLOW SPEED gives you so much room to perform everything concentrated, thinking of the exact muscles you want to train.
It's hard
BREAKS:
We perform each exercises for 30s, followed by a 10s break. You can already see the next exercise & mentally prepare for it.

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :)
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

@anneck132Ich finde die Übungen auch zum Teil recht anstrengend und bin schon halbwegs fit. Was mich auch stört: die sehr entspannte Musik motiviert mich gar nicht und mir fehlt eine Gesamtanzeige, wie lange man noch hat bzw wieviel man schon geschafft hat 😅 ansonsten ist es super, finde es besser als Gymondo!

Day 1: I already did her workouts before but it always hurts on my wrists after doing her workouts. I don't know if it is always me. I also didn't sweat much. But since I will focus on consistency, I won't push further. Good luck to all of us!
Day 1: felt sooooo after completing it. Lets see what happens next day.
Day2: Done. I was used to some exercises so it was easy today....but still shaking and sweating while I love after I complete a workout.
Day3: I didn't want to do it but still pushed myself and completed it. So proud of me. Sweating makes my face clean and clear. Thats why i like to the workout too.
Day4: Felt amazing as always. I can see a little change since my stomach stopped bloating. And I felt stronger.
